With the highest base sell price of all single-harvest crops, Frozen bamboo is the best source of Coins until the player can acquire Sunflower and Celestial Crops.

Bamboo is in the diet of the pet Pig and Turtle. Due to its high sell value, a single crop restores full hunger. However, its high seed cost and long grow time makes the multiple-harvest such as Pepper more viable pet foods.
