A tool used to apply the Wet mutation to mature crops without relying on weather events. It has no effect on crops which already have the Wet mutation. If applied to crops with the Chilled mutation, the crop will become Frozen. The Wet Potion cannot be purchased from the tool shop; rather it must be won from the Carnival Stand.
