A [[Tools|Tool]] used to apply the [[Mutations#Wet|Wet]] mutation to mature [[Crops]] without relying on [[Weather Events]]. It has no effect on crops which are already wet. If applied to [[Mutations#Chilled|Chilled]] crops, the crop will instead become [[Mutations#Frozen|Frozen]]. It cannot be purchased from the [[Shops#Tool Shop|Tool Shop]]; rather it must be won from the [[Carnival Stand]]. | |||
