A Tool used to apply the Wet mutation to mature Crops without relying on Weather Events. It has no effect on crops which are already wet. If applied to Chilled crops, the crop will instead become Frozen. It cannot be purchased from the Tool Shop; rather it must be won from the Carnival Stand.
