The watering can is a single-use tool which may be purchased from the tool shop for 
5,000. Using it on a growing crop speeds up the growth timer by 5 minutes. Due to its high cost and fairly insignificant growth boost, the watering can is fairly useless.
Up to four planter pots may be purchased per tool shop refresh, which occurs every 15 minutes.
