edit edit sourceThe Winter Event was a special event in Magic Garden, available from the 19th of December to the 12th of January. The event added a variety of winter-themed Crops, Pets and Decor, and made various visual changes to the game. Three new winter-themed Cosmetic hats were also available for purchase.
During the Winter Event, the probabilities of Rain and Snow were flipped, making Snow 3× as frequent as Rain.

The Winter Egg hatches into three new Legendary Pets: 
Snow Fox, 
Stoat and 
Caribou. These have unique winter-themed Abilities.
Visual Changes

During the Winter Event, the map was covered in a thick layer of snow, and all Shops had snowy sprites. Walking through the snow leaves a trail of footprints, which may be tracked onto paths and wood tiles.
Standing in snow, a "❄️" button appears; this throws a 
snowball 3 tiles in the direction last travelled. Rain washes away snow tracks, and Snow covers over snowy footprints.
The App icon and loading screen also received snowy visual changes.
