A tool used to apply the Rainbow mutation to mature crops without relying on random growth chance. It has no effect on crops which already have the Rainbow mutation. The Rainbow Potion cannot be purchased from the tool shop or won from the Carnival Stand; rather it could only be obtained as compensation for a bug known as Rainbowpocalypse.
