The watering can is a single-use tool which may be purchased from the tool shop for 
5,000. Using it on a growing crop speeds up the growth timer by 5 minutes. Due to its high cost and fairly insignificant growth boost, the watering can is fairly useless.
Three to five planter pots may be appear in stock per tool shop stock refresh, which occurs every 15 minutes.
